6.2 Subscribed Users: Subscribers (Unlimited Plan accounts) must first cancel their subscription before requesting account deletion. To cancel a subscription, please visit https://app.bluedash.ai/account/subscriptions/. Once the subscription is canceled, subscribers can proceed to delete their account either through our platform at https://app.bluedash.ai/profile/edit/ or by emailing [email protected].
Deleted accounts are permanent and cannot be undone.
